Death & Graveyard
Death in Loosh Lurkers is permanent. There are no second chances. When your Lurker dies, everything is lost except the memory preserved in the graveyard.
Death Mechanics
What Triggers Death?
Your Lurker dies when hunger reaches 0%.
| Stat | Effect at 0% |
|---|---|
| Hunger | DEATH. Pet permanently deleted |
| Happiness | No death. Just affects battle power |
| Energy | No death. Just affects battle power |
When your Lurker dies, it cannot be recovered. All associated data is deleted from the database.
What Gets Deleted
When your Lurker dies, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your player record
- Your pet record
- All battle history
- Battle cooldowns
- Activity logs
You effectively cease to exist in the game.
Death Warning System
The game provides warnings before death:
| Hunger Level | Warning |
|---|---|
| 25% and above | Safe, normal operation |
| Below 25% | Skull indicator appears |
| Below 25% | Battles disabled |
| 0% | Immediate death |
When you see the skull indicator, feed your Lurker immediately.
Death During Battle
Both pets are checked for death status before a battle:
- If your hunger is 0% at battle time, you die before the battle
- If your opponent's hunger is 0%, they die and the battle is cancelled
- Death checks happen before battle calculation
This prevents exploitation of the battle system with dying pets.
The Graveyard
The graveyard is a permanent memorial for all deceased Lurkers.
